OEM Software;
Until recently, all Microsoft OEM Software was only allowed for sale with a new PC or qualifying hardware. Now, thank’s to new Microsoft OEM System Builder Packs, the software can be sold seperately.
All Microsoft OEM Windows software purchased from Albatros Computers is provided in unopened box, and is labelled by Microsoft.
“The entire unopened package may be distributed to another system builder. Because an unopened package is not considered an `individual software license`, it can be distributed by itself, without any accompanying hardware.”
